1. General Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to Ova Stock LLC (“Ova Stock,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing items through our website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms govern all transactions between you (“Customer,” “Buyer,” or “User”) and Ova Stock LLC. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and purchasing either for personal use or on behalf of an authorized business entity.

All items must be paid in full before pickup or shipment.

2. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

All prices listed on the Platform represent the final sale price unless otherwise noted.

Ova Stock does not charge buyer premiums, handling fees, or extra transaction surcharges beyond the listed item price, applicable shipping, and sales tax.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed per listing. Some items include free shipping, while others may carry a variable charge based on size, weight, and destination.

​

Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by state and local law.

​

Buyers claiming tax-exempt status must email a valid exemption certificate before purchase to support@ovastock.com. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at checkout. Accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1–compliant payment processor providing full encryption and tokenization of sensitive data.

Ova Stock does not store or access full credit-card information.

​

Buyers must ensure valid payment credentials and available funds. Failed or declined payments may result in order cancellation or temporary account restriction.

4. Product Condition & Warranty Disclaimer

Ova Stock sources products from manufacturers, distributors, retail overstocks, liquidations, and customer returns.

​

While many items are new or like new, others may be open-box, used, or damaged. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith but may not reflect every variation.

​

All items are sold AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless required by law.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before purchase.

5. Condition Notations

• New: Appears unused, typically in original packaging; not function-tested.

• Open Box – Like New: Packaging opened or damaged; item appears unused and complete.

• Open Box – Good: Light cosmetic wear or missing small parts; not fully tested.

• Open Box – Used: Previously owned or returned; visible wear or damage; may be missing components.

• Open Box – Salvage: Condition unknown; may be incomplete, nonfunctional, or for parts only.

Purchasing constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these notations.

6. Shipping & Pickup

Ova Stock offers both local pickup and nationwide shipping depending on the item.

​

• Shipping: Each listing shows whether shipping is free or charged. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by item.

• Local Pickup: Buyers must schedule a pickup appointment through the Platform. Appointments are available in 10-minute increments.

​

A paid receipt and valid photo ID are required for pickup. Authorized third-party pickups must present a copy of the buyer’s receipt and ID.

​

Items not collected by the scheduled date may be deemed abandoned and subject to disposal, resale, or donation without refund.

​

7. Loss of Purchasing Privileges

Failure to pay promptly, repeated order cancellations, or missed pickups may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Ova Stock may restrict or terminate Platform access for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the company or its customers.

8. Receipts

Receipts are automatically generated after successful payment and available in your account. Each receipt lists items, totals, tax, and shipping details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ova Stock LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

Ova Stock’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

​

10. Privacy & Data Security

Ova Stock prioritizes the privacy and security of its customers.

All payments are processed through Stripe, which provides:

• Tokenization of card data

• Real-time fraud monitoring

11. Compliance & Governing Law

These Terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

Ova Stock LLC may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
